I can't to find anything Like "Calculate" or "Calculate now" in the COMPOSE. So I can not run my case study.

In the bottom left corner of the user interface, you will find a button that says "Calculate on Remote Server Now !". If you have designed your options, and defined an analysis, and for that Analysis "Selected for Calculation", if you then click that button, then COMPOSE will validate and remotely analyze your valid project, and present interactive results on Analyze Results.
